We've moved! Balance Hair Spa is now located in the Old Village Plaza on North Pottstown Pike (Route 100) in front of The Lions Share Diner, next to Sunoco Gas Station and across from The Inn at Chester Springs. We are convenient to Routes 113, 401, 30 and 202, the Pennsylvania Turnpike and the western Main Line.
We recommend that you print and follow our directions below the first time you visit our new location.

From points North (PA Turnpike, Eagle or Pottstown areas):
- Travel south on Pottstown Pike/Route 100 into Exton.
- Cross over the Route 113/Uwchlan Avenue intersection.
- Just past the Sunoco Gas Station, get into the right-hand turn lane and turn right by the large “Old Village Plaza” sign.
- In the plaza, make a quick right and drive through the parking lot to the stop sign. The end of our building will be directly in front of you.
- At the stop sign, turn left and then park in our lot. Our entrance doors face the Lions Share Diner (not on the Route 100 side).
From points South (West Chester, Frazer and Malvern areas):
- Travel north on Pottstown Pike/Route 100 into Exton.
- Bear right onto the exit ramp for Gordon Drive.
- At the stop sign (Starbucks will be across the street), turn left onto Gordon Drive.
- Go straight through the intersection to cross over Pottstown Pike/Route 100.
- Make your first right to turn behind at the M&T Bank (by the small green “Entrance to Old Village Plaza” sign).
- Drive behind the bank and make your first right into the plaza.
- Make a quick left and drive through the parking lot to the stop sign. The end of our building will be directly in front of you.
- At the stop sign, turn left and park in our lot. Our entrance doors face the Lions Share Diner (not on the Route 100 side).
From points West (Downingtown and Coatesville areas):
- Take Route 113 North and turn right onto Pottstown Pike/Route 100 South at the intersection.
- Just past the Sunoco Gas Station, get into the right-hand turn lane and turn right by the large “Old Village Plaza” sign.
- In the plaza, make a quick right and drive through the parking lot to the stop sign. The end of our building will be directly in front of you.

From points East (Lionville, Chester Springs and Phoenixville areas):
